Meals

This is a guide as to what your child/children will be provided with:

Please note that this is currently under review.  We plan to introduce a meal plan shortly and this will be detailed on my website in due course.

Depending on what time of day your child arrives I can provide BREAKFAST, LUNCH and TEA.
 With snacks in between.  You may, however, prefer to provide a packed lunch instead.  These
 options can be discussed in more detail.

BREAKFAST

• Rice Krispies
• Cornflakes
• Shreddies
• Weetabix
• Cheerios
• Toast
• Fruit
• Porridge
• Frusili Bars
 
 

LUNCH  / TEA

• Fish Fingers with either peas/mixed veg/beans and mashed potato/boiled potato/chips
• Chicken Bites with either peas/mixed veg/beans and mashed potato/boiled potato/chips
• Vegetable Fingers with either peas/mixed veg/beans and mashed potato/boiled potato/chips
• Pizza – cheese and tomato, cheese and ham
• Sandwiches – chicken slice, ham, beef, cheese, marmite, peanut butter, Tuna (with or without salad)
• Soup – Vegetable, Tomato, chicken
• Home Made Shepard’s Pie
• Home Made Lasagne
• Home Made Spaghetti Bolognaise
• Chicken Breast or Beef Grills with Mashed Potato or Boiled Potato and 2 vegetables (either carrots, broccoli, baby corn, green beans, peas or cauliflower)
 
 

SNACKS and DESERTS

• Apples
• Bananas
• Oranges
• Strawberries
• Melon
• Grapes
• Yoghurts
• Pancakes and Fruit
• Cheese
• Rice Cakes
• Organix Gingerbread Men / Animal Biscuits (no added sugar)
• Bread Sticks
• Raisins
• Lollies/Ice Cream in the summer
